The traditional cottage is completely self contained with a bedroom and bathroom (with WC and basin).  A marvelous outdoor shower presents a unique option for bathing.


The extensive garden has been lovingly planted over several years and is now an established tropical wonderland.  It is well stocked with gorgeous succulents, ferns, lilies and rock plants, alongside traditional Caribbean fruit trees and a host of exotic palms.


For those tired limbs at the end of a day “liming”, take some time out to enjoy a rum punch sundowner in the outdoor Hot Tub.


There is a integral garage under the house, this could also be converted to further living space or kept for storage.

The nearest hostelries are the wonderful Golden Rock Hotel, The Hermitage (the oldest wooden structure in the Caribbean) and The Montpelier – all three plantation Inns are in private ownership and are friendly and unique.

There is wonderful hiking in the area and lots to explore, everywhere is close on Nevis so beaches can be reached in 10 minutes, as can the quirky capital Charlestown.
