Villa Moonbeam offers a fabulous opportunity to experience a slice of Paradise in one of the most desirous locations on the island. Known locally as the “Gold Coast of Nevis”, it’s easy to see why – the area is home to some of the most beautiful beaches on Nevis, many of the best restaurants and bars as well as close to Four Seasons Resort and Charlestown.
This villa is where classic meets contemporary on Nevis. With a dramatic entrance inspired by the iconic sugar mills of the island, this expansive two bedroom home has beautiful antiques complemented by carefully chosen modern pieces. There are individual verandahs and a separate cocktail terrace, providing the space and privacy for all occupants of this home.
The master bedroom comes with a four poster king size bed, French armoire, and huge en suite completed with double sinks and a jacuzzi bathtub; an outdoor shower is enclosed just enough to offer privacy yet is open to the stars and a stunning view across palm trees and tropical flora down to the Caribbean Sea.
The large second bedroom has a queen size bed and a generously sized en suite with walk-in shower. A private verandah is completed with chairs and a table, perfect for morning coffee.
The kitchen comes equipped with every conceivable amenity and the open plan design means cooking is never a solitary endeavour, with French doors leading out from the adjacent living area to the patio and pool. A dishwasher, five burner hob, and huge fridge/freezer mean everything from breakfasts to banquets can be conjured up. There is a separate pantry off the kitchen and, further, a separate laundry room. A 55” TV in the living area and AC in both bedrooms complete the modern luxuries.
POOL & GARDENS
Outside, the pool is completed with a shallow shelf – the perfect perch from which to enjoy a chilled glass of wine – and alongside there is a raised sunbathing platform. Above the villa is a private cocktail terrace affording expansive views stretching from Nevis Peak to the glorious bright red roof of St Thomas’ church and across the sea to St Kitts. It would be hard to find a better location on the island from which to view the green flash sunsets.
