Carol Cochrane - Partner
Carol was born in UK but grew up in Australia before returning to London to start work for an international tour operator and travel specialist. This honed her love of travel and stints in Sydney and Hong Kong followed.
Carol then went on to study Stage Management and Theatre Lighting and eventually found herself working in the music business in various roles including record labels, artist management and TV promotions. This led her to form her own PR agency which handled a range of fashion, lifestyle and corporate clients focusing on underground promotions and early internet adoption.
Carol finally landed in Nevis via Providenciales and St Kitts, she has over 13 years’ experience in Real Estate in the wider Caribbean. She has been very active in online property promotion, international realtor networks and has worked on the UK TV show “A Place in The Sun” and also appeared in two episodes of Caribbean Life for HGTV, “Zen in Nevis” and “From the Farm to Nevis".

Derek Good - Senior Associate
Derek was born in Lansing, Michigan but has lived most of his life in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida.
Living on Indian Rocks Beach, the sunshine and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico led to his affinity for island living.
Derek studied Finance and Economics at Florida State University and the University of South Florida, earning degrees in both subjects. Initially working inside the office for a large international financial firm, Derek made a career change to outside sales in 2005 selling diagnostic medical equipment to hospital systems and clinics throughout central Florida.
After first visiting St Kitts and Nevis in 2009, Derek was focused on figuring out a way to make this twin island Federation home. In 2016, that dream became a reality, when he and his wife sold their home in Florida and purchased their forever home on Nevis.
They made their permanent move to the island in the summer of 2017 and have never looked back.
