This delightful villa is located in the Paradise Estate – just across the road from the famous St Thomas Church and entrance to the track that leads directly onto Paradise Beach – the most coveted spot on Nevis !

Paradise Estate is a small neighbourhood on the Caribbean side of Nevis and it is home to a nice community of full and part time residents.

It is sufficiently close to the beach and the main attractions of Nevis to work as a full time or a vacation location.

The villa benefits from a large entrance verandah which provides a perfect escape from the afternoon sun and a wonderful nook to take in the perfect view of Mount Nevis – which changes constantly with clouds and mists at the peak.

A second verandah runs the length of the entire house at the front, and is the spot where most time is spent.  The fully screened space offers the ideal setting for outdoor dining including BBQing and also just generally relaxing on the loungers.

The great room is a typical high ceiling Caribbean design, hung with ceiling fans for cooling breezes, a convivial seating area with TV.

The kitchen is open plan and has a high top bar, double sink, gas stove, fridge freezer, microwave, fitted units and corian counter top.

Both bedrooms are large and have an ensuite bathroom complete with tub, shower, WC and hand basin.

Paradise estate is ideally situation with a host of local restaurants including Luna , L’Escale, Indian Summer, Barefoot and Oualie Beach nearby.  It is minutes from the water taxi arrival pier, the local airport and close to the charming Nevis Golf Association which has a 3 hole course on offer with membership.

Four Seasons Resort is a 3 minute drive and offers a selection of restaurants, 18 hole golf course, a range of tennis court (clay, hard & astro) plus pickle ball, basketball and fully serviced salon & spa.

The charming capital of Charlestown is about a 10 minute drive and offers all town services and grocery shopping.
